Drawing by Harrison William Weir (1824-1906). A natural history artist, enormously prolific and popular as a book illustrator, working not just for the “The Graphic,” but for many illustrated papers, such as the “The Illustrated London News”, “Pictorial Times,” the “Field,” and the “Pictorial World.”
