Original British 20 inch x 30 inch Double Crown Poster for the 1962 Glauber Rocha Brazilian Drama BARRAVENTO (THE TURNING WIND) starring Edmundo Albuquerque, Francisco dos Santos Brito and Lucy de Carvalho.

Glauber Rocha was the leading light of the Brazilian Cinema Nuovo which revolutionised cinema in that country in the 60s.
In this, his first film, a radical from the city attempts to activate the fishermen of the remote coastal region of Bahia.

The poster is in very good unfolded (rolled) condition with minor edge wear.
