Original 15 3/4 inch x 11 inch Engraving titled BERNSTORF PALACE, THE COUNTRY RESIDENCE OF PRINCE CHRISTIAN OF DENMARK.

Engraving by Edmund Morison Wimperis (1835 – 1900). Wood-engraver, draughtsman on wood and landscape painter; born in Chester, moved to London as an apprentice wood-engraver to Mason Jackson. By the 1870s he had turned from illustration to watercolour landscape painting, in the style of Birket Foster.
