Original British 11 inch x 17 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1947 John Boulting Crime Drama BRIGHTON ROCK, based on the novel by Graham Greene and starring Richard Attenborough, Hermione Baddeley, William Hartnell, Carol Marsh, Harcourt Williams, Wylie Watson, Nigel Stock, Virginia Winter, Reginald Purdell, George Carney, Charles Goldner, Alan Wheatley, Marianne Stone, Michael Brennan, Cyril Chamberlain, Wally Patch and Ronald Shiner.

Late 1930s Brighton is run by vicious gangs, one of which is led by the teenage Pinkie Brown. After killing a man at the fairground, he tries to establish a watertight alibi – even if it means marrying a potential witness to prevent her giving evidence against him.

The Advertisement is in very good condition with a centre vertical fold with 2 staple holes along it.
