Original British 40 inch x 60 inch Poster for the 1986 Derek Jarman Drama CARAVAGGIO starring Nigel Terry, Dexter Fletcher as the young Caravaggio depicted in the poster, Sean Bean, Tilda Swinton, Jack Birkett as the Pope, Robbie Coltrane, Nigel Davenport and Michael Gough.
The film is a fictionalized re-telling of the life of Baroque painter Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio and the film debuts of Tilda Swinton and Sean Bean.
The poster is in good unfolded (rolled) condition with a repaired tear at the upper right corner, slight paper loss in the second A and second G of Caravaggio and a pinhole in each corner.
