Original 10 inch x 8 inch Still of GEORGE FORMBY & ELLIOTT MASON in the 1941 Marcel Varnel Ealing Studios Comedy TURNED OUT NICE AGAIN.
George Formby’s last Ealing film had a more serious plot than usual. He is working for a firm in the textile industry which is in decline because it will not move with the times. He comes across a revolutionary new yarn but his emploer is unimpressed and he resigns. Later the firm discover that the thread has revolutionized the garment industry, they move quickly, to hire him back, before the opposition hear the news, and make him a better offer. .
The still is in very good condition with corner pinholes and slight surface marks.
