Clarence, Mackenzie Ward, Ronald Ward, John Salew, Wilfrid Hyde-White, Hay Petrie, Michael Rennie, Bill Shine and Jack Vyvyan.
George Formby’s last Ealing film had a more serious plot than usual. He is working for a firm in the textile industry which is in decline because it will not move with the times. He comes across a revolutionary new yarn but his emploer is unimpressed and he resigns. Later the firm discover that the thread has revolutionized the garment industry, they move quickly, to hire him back, before the opposition hear the news, and make him a better offer.
The pressbook is in very good condition with one horizontal fold.
