Original 9 3/4 inch x 7 3/4 inch Black and White Portrait of SANDY POWELL in the 1940 Herbert Smith Comedy ALL AT SEA.

On his way to deliver a message, bumbling chemical factory worker Sandy (Sandy Powell) accidentally enlists in the navy, but somehow manages to save a new explosive from getting into the hands of spies.

The portrait is in very good condition with a small area of surplus paper stuck to the photo in the bottom right corner and a 1/2 inch tear at the left edge.
