Original British 20 inch x 30 inch Double Crown Poster for the 1956 Anatole Litvak Historical Drama ANASTASIA, based on the play by Guy Bolton and starring Yul Brynner.
Set in the Paris of 1928 the White Russian general General Sergei Pavlovich Bounine (Brynner) selects amnesiac peasant Anna Koreff (Bergman) to claim she’s the daughter of the murdered Tsar. However she stands up so well to a grilling at the hands of the formidable Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna (Hayes) that everyone believes her.
