2 Original Swedish 9 inch x 7 inch Black and White Stills for the 1945 Rolf Husberg Swedish Family Drama Barnen från Frostmofjället (THE CHILDREN), based on the book by Laura Fitinghoff and starring Siv Hansson, Anders Nyström, Ann-Sophie Honeth, Ulf Berggren, Paula Jagæus, Christina Jagæus, John Ericsson and Dora Söderberg.

Photos by Carl Albert Uggla with a stamp on the reverse and a white signature in the lower left corner of the image.

Ateljé Uggla is a photo studio at Grevgatan 52 in Stockholm . The studio was founded in 1934 by the photographer Carl Albert Uggla and is today (2018) the only classic photo studio that still remains in Sweden.

Seven children, in 19th century Northern Sweden, lose their parents, and to avoid the poor-house, they start on a long trek over the mountains to find a better life.

The stills are in very good condition.
