Original French 47 inch x 63 inch Poster for the 1979 Hal Needham Comedy Western CACTUS JACK (THE VILLAIN) starring Kirk Douglas, Ann-Margret, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ruth Buzzi, Foster Brooks, Mel Tillis, Paul Lynde, Jack Elam, Strother Martin and Robert Tessier.

Western spoof starring Douglas as an incompetent outlaw caught between Charming Jones (Ann-Margret) and (Handsome Stranger) Schwarzenegger.

The poster art is by Jack Davis (1924 – 2016). An American cartoonist and illustrator, known for his advertising art, magazine covers, film posters, record album art and numerous comic book stories. He was one of the founding cartoonists for Mad (an American humour magazine founded in 1952 by editor Harvey Kurtzman and publisher William Gaines) in 1952. His cartoon characters are characterized by extremely distorted anatomy, including big heads, skinny legs and large feet.

The poster is in very good folded condition with a few pinholes and a small edge tear.
