Original 1953 Re-Release U.S. 41 inch x 81 inch 3-Sheet Poster for the 1946 Arthur Crabtree Melodrama CARAVAN, based on the novel by Eleanor Smith and starring Stewart Granger, Jean Kent, Anne Crawford, Dennis Price, Robert Helpman, Gerard Heinz, Enid Stamp-Taylor, David Horne and John Salew.

A dashing, wildly over-the-top melodrama with Granger as a brave but penniless writer sent to Spain in the 1840s where he is pursued by an assassin hired by his rival (Price) for the hand of the lovely Oriana (Crawford). He survives, is put back on to the road to health by sensuous gypsy dancer (Kent) and returns to find Oriana married to a sadist. A fast and furious Gainsborough production with heaps of action.

The poster is in very good folded condition in 3 separate sheets with a small piece out of the right edge of the bottom sheet.
