Original U.S. 27 inch x 41 inch Poster for the 1976 Kostas Karagiannis Horror Movie THE DEVIL’S MEN (THE LAND OF THE MINOTAUR) starring Donald Pleasence, Peter Cushing, Luan Peters, Nikos Verlekis, Vanna Revilli, Costas Skouras, Fernando Bislani and Bob Behling.
Tourists visiting a Greek archeological site are being abducted by a strange cult, intent on providing their God – the Minotaur – with sacrifice. Irish priest Father Roche (Donald Pleasence) enlists the help of former pupil and a private detective to find out what has happened to them.
Poster art by Robert Tanenbaum. Tanenbaum was born in 1936 and is still a working painter and portraitist today in his 80s. He attended Washington University in St Louis. After army service he worked as an illustrator for four years. His work as a movie poster illustrator was in high demand from the early 1970s through the late 1980s.
The poster is in very good folded condition.
