Original British 30 inch by 40 inch Quad Teaser Poster for the 1990 Warren Beatty Crime Drama DICK TRACY, based on characters created by Chester Gould and starring Warren Beatty, Glenne Headly, Seymour Cassel, Charles Durning, Madonna, Mandy Patinkin, Paul Sorvino, Al Pacino, Dustin Hoffman and James Caan.

The comic strip detective finds his life vastly complicated when Breathless Mahoney makes advances towards him while he is trying to battle Big Boy Caprice’s united mob.

Poster design by Jonny Kwan. Kwan was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Oxnard. After taking all the art classes he could at Ventura College, he enrolled in the Art Center College of Design at Pasadena and graduated with a BA majoring in illustration/advertising. He landed his first job illustrating video covers and later, drawings for movie poster designs. After a series of freelance jobs, Disney Studios became one of his major clients. The vice president of creative services gave him his first “big” assignment – a series of graphic posters for Disney’s movie Dick Tracy.

The poster is very good unfolded (rolled) condition with minor wear.
