Original circa 1914 12 1/8 inch x 9 1/2 inch Etching titled THE END OF THE ‘FORTY FIVE’ REBELLION
The print depicts the final chapter of the 1745 Jacobite Rebellion which was led by Charles Edward Stuart. The image shows the fatigue, hunger and despair of the wounded soldiers.
