Original U.S. 22 inch x 28 inch Half Sheet Poster for the 1977 Sidney Lumet Drama EQUUS, based on the play by Peter Shaffer and starring Richard Burton, Peter Firth, Colin Blakely, Joan Plowright, Harry Andrews and Jenny Agutter.

Alan Strang, a disturbed boy, blinds six horses in the stable where he works and is referred to Dysart for a psychiatric report. The doctor unravels a complex web of religion and sexuality. Alan worships the God ‘Equus’, and Dysart begins to envy the boy for the purity of his passion.
