Original 1955 British 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Trade Advert from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1954 Richard Sale Musical Comedy GENTLEMEN MARRY BRUNETTES, based on the novel “But Gentlemen Marry Brunettes” by Anita Loos and starring Jane Russell, Jeanne Crain, Alan Young, Scott Brady and Rudy Vallee.
Two Broadway showgirls, who are also sisters, are sick and tired of New York, as well as getting nowhere. Quitting Broadway, the sisters decided to travel to Paris to become famous.
