Jassy Woodroofe (Margaret Lockwood) the steamy, second-sighted gypsy is taken in as servant to Nick Helmar (Basil Sydney) and his daughter Dilys (Patricia Roc) in 17th century England. Jassy marries Helmar but is then suspected of killing him when he is found poisoned.

The portrait is in very good condition with minor surface marks.
