Original U.S. 22 inch x 28 inch Half Sheet Poster for the 1939 Alexander Hall Horse Racing Drama THE LADY’S FROM KENTUCKY, based on the story by Rowland Brown and starring George Raft, Ellen Drew, Hugh Herbert and Zasu Pitts.

Down in bluegrass country it’s a choice between a fine filly with either four legs or two, and Raft tends to choose the former over thoroughbred horse-rancher Drew. No favourite, but it gets to the finishing post speedily enough.

The poster is in very good unfolded (rolled) condition with a small piece out of the left edge and one or two minor edge nicks.
