Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1960 George Schaefer Drama MACBETH, based on the play by William Shakespeare and starring Maurice Evans as Macbeth, Judith Anderson as Lady Macbeth, Malcolm Keen as King Duncan, Ian Bannen as Macduff, Valerie Taylor as First Witch, Anita Sharp-Bolster as Second Witch, April Olrich as Third Witch, Felix Aylmer, Michael Hordern as Banquo, Megs Jenkins, Jeremy Brett as Malcolm, Michael Ripper as 1st Murderer and Douglas Wilmer as 2nd Murderer.

Macbeth (Maurice Evans), the Thane of Glamis, receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become King of Scotland. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth murders his King and takes the throne for himself.
