ONE NIGHT WITH YOU

Original 9 3/4 inch x 7 5/8 inch Black and White Still of conductor JOHN HOLLINGSWORTH greeting NINO MARTINI and his wife as they arrive at “Studio Two”, H.M.V. Recording Theatre, St. Johns Wood, London, for a gramophone record sessionon two songs from the 1948 Terence Young Musical Comedy ONE NIGHT WITH YOU, based on the play by Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia starring Nino Martini, Patricia Roc and Bonar Colleano.

Two strangers meet when they miss their trains, and end up spending a penniless day and night together. An English version of It Happened One Night (1934).

The still is in good condition with a diagonal crease running through Hollingsworth’s head and a couple of creases in the upper right corner.
