Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1992 Sally Potter Romantic Drama ORLANDO, based on the novel by Virginia Woolf and starring Tilda Swinton, Quentin Crisp as Queen Elizabeth I, Jimmy Somerville, Dudley Sutton, Heathcote Williams, Ned Sherrin and Billy Zane.
An interpretation of Virginia Woolf’s novel in which the young aristocrat Orlando journeys from 1600 to the present and, by changing sex along the way, shakes off his biological and cultural destiny.
The poster is in very good folded condition with corner pinholes, a small area of surface paper loss in the upper right corner and small pieces of clear tape on the reverse to strengthen the cross folds.
