This is a beautiful scene, supreme in its tragedy, as it has been pictured for Irving G. Thalberg’s production of “Romeo and Juliet”, starring Norma Shearer and Leslie Howard at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Henry Kolker plays the Friar. George Cukor directs. Heading the supporting cast are John Barrymore, Edna May oliver, Basil Rathbone and others.”
