Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Still of JEAN MARAIS in the 1948 Pierre Billon Drama RUY BLAS, based on the play by Victor Hugo with a screenplay by Jean Cocteau.
The title character, played by Jean Marais, is a dashing nobleman-turned-bandit operating in 17th century Spain.
The still is in very good condition with a scratch to the left of Marais’s head, another faint scratch running vertically through his face.
