Original Russian 11 1/2 inch x 16 inch Poster for the 1955 Konstantine Pipinashvili Russian Sci-Fi Movie THE SECRET OF TWO OCEANS (ORI OKEANIS SAIDUMLOEB) starring Sergei Stolyarov, Igor Vladimirov, Sergei Golovanov, Pyotr Sobolevsky, Vakhtang Ninua and Sergei Komarov.

In the post-war years in the Atlantic Ocean the Soviet ship Arctic mysteriously sinks. At the same time in the Pacific Ocean the French ship Victoire explodes. The Soviet crew of the super submarine Pioneer are sent to investigate.

Konstantine Pipinashvili was born in 1912, in Kutaisi. In 1936 he graduated from the department of directing at the State Institute of Cinematography and in 1939 he completed a two-year directing course at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, a type of academy, where he studied under Sergei Eisenstein.
