Original 10 inch x 8 inch Still of CHARLEY GRAPEWIN, MARJORIE RAMBEAU & ELIZABETH PATTERSON in the 1941 John Ford Comedy Drama TOBACCO ROAD, based on the novel by Erskine Caldwell.

Shiftless Jeeter Lester (Grapewin) and his family of sharecroppers live in rural Georgia where their ancestors were once wealthy planters. Their slapstick existence is threatened by a bank’s plans to take over the land for more profitable farming.

The still is in very good condition with a tiny piece out of the upper left corner.
