Original British 10 inch by 8 inch Set of 8 Front-of-House Stills (Lobby Cards) for the 1969 John Dexter Drama THE VIRGIN SOLDIERS, based on the novel by Leslie Thomas and starring Lynn Redgrave, Hywel Bennett, Nigel Davenport, Nigel Patrick, Rachel Kempson, Jack Shepherd, Michael Gwynn, Tsai Chin, Christopher Timothy and Roy Holder.
A group of young British soldiers billeted in Singapore of the year 1950 dreaming about winning the love of the daughter of the Regimental Sergeant Major.
The Set is in very good condition. 2 of the stills have 2 pieces of tape at the bottom edges. 1 still has a small piece torn out of the top right corner.
