The caption on the reverse refers to his role as Nick Carter in Phantom Raiders.
Portrait by Hollywood Studio Photographer Laszlo Willinger (1909 – 1989). Willinger worked for MGM from 1937 to 1944 and was their top photographer.
The portrait, on doubleweight paper, is in fine condition with Willinger’s stamp on the reverse.
