Original circa 1914 12 1/8 inch x 9 1/2 inch Etching titled WHEN THE KYE COME HAME
The title is from the song by Scottish Borders poet James Hogg.
Etched by Charles Oliver Murray (1835 – 1921). Landscape, figure and architectural etcher, both original and reproductive, illustrator and painter. Exhibited his work at the summer exhibitions of the Royal Academy of Arts and many of his prints were declared to the Printsellers’ Association, London.
After William Mark Fisher (1841 – 1923) & John Dawson Watson (1832 – 1892).
