While on vacation in London, Smith is recruited by the secretary (Rona Anderson) of a businessman who believes his daughter’s supposed suicide is more sinister. Likely involved are the girl’s alluring friend (Greta Gynt), lawyer (Alan Wheatley) and fiancé (Herbert Lom).
