A powerful landowner, who seeks to have all the land around him as his own, hires a man dressed in black to kill off any who will not leave, thus enabling his ruthless land grab. When one property owner’s faithful mule is killed to settle a whiskey debt to the greedy landowner, the property owner teams up with the town Marshal to end the senseless killings.
