Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1974 John Boorman Sci-Fi Thriller ZARDOZ starring Sean Connery, Charlotte Rampling, Sara Kestelman, John Alderton, Sally Anne Newton and Niall Buggy.

In the distant future, a savage trained only to kill finds a way into the community of bored immortals that alone preserves humanity’s achievements.

Poster art by Ron Lesser. Born in New York City, Ron studied at the renowned Pratt Institute. In the 1970’s and 1980’s he produced several hundred western paperback covers and movie posters. Lesser made the posters for five Clint Eastwood western films, including the iconic poster for “High Plains Drifter” and “Joe Kidd”. Also the poster for Sam Peckinpah’s “Pat Garrett and Billy The Kidd”.

The poster is in very good folded condition with the X certificate inked out, creasing in the corners and a piece of white paper on the reverse strengthening a cross fold.
