Drawn and Etched by Edgar Barclay (1842 – 1913). Edgar Barclay was born in 1842 and studied art in Germany and Italy. For several years he divided his time between London and Italy but returned to England in the 1880s and began painting rural scenes of Wessex, especially of Stonehenge.
