Original British 11 inch x 17 inch Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1962 Basil Dearden Jazz Drama ALL NIGHT LONG, based on OTHELLO by William Shakespeare and starring Patrick McGoohan, Keith Michell, Betsy Blair, Richard Attenborough, Dave Brubeck, John Dankworth and Charles Mingus.
Fascinating attempt to stage an updated jazz version of ‘Othello’, with a tale about a trumpeter trying to strangle his wife after false gossip of her infidelity.
The Advertisement is in good to very good condition. The advert was on two separate pages and has been joined together from the reverse with archival tape.
