Original French 47 inch x 63 inch Poster for the 1956 Fritz Lang Film Noir BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT starring Dana Andrews, Joan Fontaine, Sidney Blackmer, Philip Bourneuf, Shepperd Strudwick, Arthur Franz and Barbara Nichols.

Writer Andrews confesses to a murder he didn’t commit to expose the judicial system and when his alibi goes wrong fiancee Fontaine tries to prove his innocence.

Poster art by Roger Soubie (1898 – 1984). Born in Cambrai, Northern France, Soubie was a French designer of nearly 2,000 movie posters. He began by designing advertising posters for rail transport companies, car manufacturers and tourism. He also designed magazine covers.

The poster is in good to very good folded condition with slight fold wear, a small tear close to one fold line and other minor faults.
