Original 10 inch x 8 inch Still for the 1940 John Ford Drama THE GRAPES OF WRATH, based on the novel by John Steinbeck and starring Henry Fonda, Jane Darwell, Charley Grapewin, Russell Simpson, John Carradine, Dorris Bowdon, Zeffie Tilbury, Frank Darien, Eddie Quillan, John Qualen, Kitty McHugh, Darryl Hickman, Grant Mitchell, Norman Willis and Shirley Mills.

Fonda is at his peak as Tom Joad, the hero of Steinbeck’s story of a 30s Oklahoma farming family driven by drought to California where they become as good as slave labour.

The still is in very good condition.
