Original U.S. 1962 Re-Release 11 inch by 14 inch Set of 8 Lobby Cards for the 1939 Ernst Lubitsch Comedy NINOTCHKA starring Greta Garbo, Melvyn Douglas, Sig Ruman, Bela Lugosi, Ina Claire, Felix Bressart and Alexander Granach.
This satire of Russian commissar Garbo and her capitalist playboy Douglas creaks a little now, but the film remains a classic comedy of international manners largely concocted and staffed by middle Europeans sheltering in America from Hitler.
The set is in very good condition with a Dutch circular censor stamp on each card.
