Original Russian 24 1/4 inch x 39 1/4 inch Poster for the 1958 Sergei Vasilyev Political Drama OCTOBER DAYS (V DNI OKTYABRYA) starring Vladimir Chestnokov as Vladimir Lenin (Russian communist revolutionary, politician and political theorist), Leonid Lyubashevsky as Yakov Sverdlov (Bolshevik party leader and chairman of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee), Adolf Shestakov as Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky (Soviet statesman and a prominent member of Polish and Russian revolutionary movements), Andro Kobaladze as Joseph Stalin (de facto leader of the Soviet Union from the mid-1920s until his death in 1953), Galina Vodyanitskaya as Louise Bryant (American journalist and writer, married to John Reed) and Anatoli Fedorinov as John Reed (American journalist, poet, and socialist activist, best remembered for his first-hand account of the Bolshevik Revolution, “Ten Days that Shook the World”).
