A spy for the Ottoman empire is stationed on a Greek island in 1908, but is left to wonder where his loyalties lie as the regime he serves begins to fall apart. He is drawn into a romantic triangle with an expatriate artist and a crooked archaeologist who plans to loot the island’s relics.
