Original French 47 inch x 63 inch Poster for the 1976 Alain Courneau Thriller POLICE PYTHON 357, adapted from the novel “The Big Clock” by Kenneth Fearing and starring Yves Montand, Simone Signoret, Francois Perier, Mathieu Carriere and Stefania Sandrelli.
A tough but honest cop must clear his name after a corrupt colleague implicates him in a murder in this French thriller.
Poster art by Rene Ferracci (1927 -1982). A French artistic director and poster designer. He is, with Clément Hurel, Boris Grinsson, Michel Landi and Jean Mascii, one of the most prolific creators of cinema posters in France in the second half of the 20th century.
The poster is in good folded condition with some fold and edge wear.
