Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the 1965 J. Lee Thompson Thriller RETURN FROM THE ASHES, based on the novel by Hubert Monteilhet and starring Maximilian Schell, Samantha Eggar, Ingrid Thulin, Herbert Lom, Talitha Pol, Vladek Sheybal and Viviane Ventura.

A Jewish woman, Dr. Michele Wolf, interred in a Nazi concentration camp during WWII returns to her Paris home after the war’s end. She’s unaware that her husband, the handsome gigolo and chess master Stanislaw Pilgrin, has been having an affair with her stepdaughter Fabi in her absence.

The poster is in very good folded condition with a tape mark at the right.
