Original 1949 British 11 inch x 8 3/8 inch Double-Sided Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1947 Christy Cabanne Western ROBIN HOOD OF MONTEREY, based on the character created by O. Henry and starring Gilbert Roland as The Cisco Kid, Chris-Pin Martin, Evelyn Brent, Jack La Rue and Pedro de Cordoba. .
The Cisco Kid travels to Monterey, California (then part of Mexico), where he clears the son of an old friend of a charge of murder.
On the reverse is the 1948 Will Jason Musical MUSIC MAN starring Freddie Stewart, Phil Brito, Jimmy Dorsey & His Orchestra, Alan Hale Jr., Noel Neill, June Preisser and Chick Chandler.
Bickering brothers unwittingly wind up working together on the same musical production.
