Dutch women standing outside a thatched building looking at clogs, man seated on front steps.
Signed with monogramme and dated (1881) in the plate.
Drawn and Etched by Mortimer Menpes (1855 – 1938). Menpes was an Australian-born artist, author, printmaker and illustrator.
