Original British 30 inch x 40 inch Quad Poster for the the 1988 Miguel Pereira Argentine Drama VERONICO CRUZ (LA DEUDA INTERNA), based on the book by Fortunato Ramos and starring Gonzalo Morales, Leopoldo Aban, Juan José Camero, Guillermo Delgado, Ana María González, René Olaguivel and Fortunato Ramos .
The story of Veronico Cruz (Morales) begins with his birth in a remote village in the rolling hills of Argentina. As a shepherd, he lives a poor, sheltered life with only his grandmother (Gonzáles), until the day a teacher (Camero), known as El Maestro, comes to town and becomes his mentor. After Veronico’s grandmother dies, Veronico moves in with El Maestro and begins to learn about the outside world, where a military coup ravages the capital city.
