Poster art by Jean Mascii. Mascii was one of the most prolific French film poster artists of the second half of the 20th century creating over 2,000. He was born in Italy in 1926 his family then settled in France in 1932. He began work designing cinema facades and designed his first film poster for La Dame D’Onze Heures starring Paul Meurisse in 1947. He died in Paris in 2003.
The poster is in good folded condition with a tear down the top quarter of the vertical centre fold. There is also a tear along one of the horizontal folds
