Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1949 John Paddy Carstairs Comedy FOOLS RUSH IN, based on the play by Kenneth Horne and starring Sally Ann Howes, Guy Rolfe, Nora Swinburne, Raymond Lovell, Thora Hird, Nigel Buchanan, Peter Hammond, Charles Victor and Esma Cannon.
Howes plays Pamela Dickson, an impulsive young bride-to-be, while Guy Rolfe portrays her long-lost father Paul. Ostensibly a cad and bounder, Paul turns out to be just the opposite when he arrives for Pamela’s wedding.
The Advertisement is in very good condition with one vertical centre fold and minor staple wear along it.
