Original 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advert for the 1947 Brian Desmond Hurst Crime Drama THE MARK OF CAIN, based on the novel Airing in a Closed Carriage by Joseph Shearing and starring Sally Gray, Eric Portman, Patrick Holt, Dermot Walsh, Denis O’Dea, Edward Lexy and Miles Malleson.

Based on the true life murder trial of Florence Maybrick who spent fourteen years in custody before being acquitted.

The advert is in very good condition with one vertical centre fold and 4 staple holes along it.
