Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Double-Sided Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1944 Germain Burger Musical MY AIN FOLK starring Mabel Constanduros, Moira Lister, Norman Prince, Herbert Cameron and Nicolette Roeg.

Jean (Lister), engaged to naval officer Malcolm (Prince), leaves her Highland home to work in a war factory. Malcolm is reported missing at sea but, convinced he is safe, Jean returns to the factory just in time toavert a strike. She is asked to organize a radio show for the factory workers and, as she is singing in this, Malcolm returns for a joyous reunion.

On the reverse is the 1943 Maclean Rogers Drama I’LL WALK BESIDE YOU, based on the famous song by Alan Murray & Edward Lockton, starring Richard Bird, Lesley Brook, Percy Marmont, Leslie Bradley, Sylvia Marriott, Hugh Miller, Beatrice Varley, Irene Handl, George Merritt, Hilda Bayley and Johnnie Schofield.

John meets Ann at a music shop where she works. Love blossoms briefly before John is called away to serve on his naval ship. John suffers severe memory loss when his ship is sunk and Ann believing John is dead throws herself into nursing – will they ever meet again?
