Queen Victoria, enthroned and crowned, facing left, where a group of peers raise their coronets.
After the painting by Sir George Hayter (1792 – 1871). George Hayter, son of the miniaturist Charles Hayter, established a good portrait practice and was appointed Queen Victoria’s court portraitist in 1837.
